Katie, Emma, and Jay have been listening to The Killers since they were little—members of the first generation to truly grow up with the band. Now in their twenties, these three ladies have found that the love they hold for their favorite band has only grown over time. On the Killersluts Podcast, they take a look at the band’s discography to analyze the music and lyrical content while considering the history of the band. But the main goal is to make each other laugh.

Tuesday Apr 15, 2025
Tuesday Apr 15, 2025
This week we're bringing the bump to the grind--ahho, I don't mind--'cause we're on top. This episode is a little silly because how are we supposed to talk about lyrics like "In the back I can't crack we're on top" with a straight face? Sit back and relax as we discuss cigarettes in mouths, handshakes in doorways, and the real star of this week's episode--Rio (2011).

This week, we're saying goodnight! Tonight's bedtime story is about grief and loss as we explore the song Goodnight, Travel Well. In this episode, there's lots of discussion about Brandon's tendency to steal lyrics when working under pressure, space as a metaphor for the afterlife, and just death in general. This episode is 99% death, but we try our best to make it lighthearted. Enjoy!

Saturday Feb 15, 2025
Saturday Feb 15, 2025
Here comes The Calling! We have a special guest on to talk with us about this song this week, so strap in for that. Topics of discussion include the bible (obviously), the narrator as a metaphor for Jesus, why Bobby went insane, and a live watch of The Calling at Bonnaroo 2018.

Katie, Emma, and Jay really like The Killers. Some might even say they’re sluts for ‘em.
You wouldn't expect the Grammy-nominated indie-synth-pop-glam-heartland-rock band The Killers to have a substantially large online following comprised of people aged 15-30, but they do. Best friends Katie, Emma, and Jay all met online thanks to their love of the band and have decided to share that love with the world at large. This decision was made to honor the fact that teenage girls have been the deciding factor in what is popular and successful since the time of The Beatles, yet are so often ridiculed for unapologetically loving their favorite bands.
